Radiant Blockchain Ambassador Program
Initial Proposal
Since the launch of the Radiant Blockchain, the community has seen tremendous growth and engagement. Inspired by the success of other chains ambassador programs, the Radiant Blockchain Ambassador Program aims to elevate our community by establishing a structured, efficient, and impactful initiative.
The Ambassador Program will empower individuals across the globe to advocate for Radiant, educate others, and contribute to the growth of the ecosystem while maintaining the decentralized ethos that defines Radiant.
This proposal outlines a plan to ensure the program's success, focusing on the selection process, defining ambassador roles, and implementing a decentralized structure that aligns with the core principles of Radiant.
Application Process
To become a Radiant Ambassador, candidates must complete the following steps:
- Join the Radiant Discord: Engage with the community and stay updated on the latest developments.
- Complete a Knowledge Quest: Demonstrate your understanding of Radiant's technology and values. This will need to be created ofc.
- Fill out the Application Form: Provide details about your experience, motivation, and how you plan to contribute as an ambassador.
- Interview with Coordinators: Participate in a brief interview to discuss your application and potential role.
Intake Period
- Quarterly Intake: The application process will open quarterly, allowing for structured onboarding and assessment.
- Limited Admissions: Initially, the program will cap at ten new ambassadors per intake to ensure a focused and effective onboarding process. This cap will be reassessed as the program expands.
Guidelines and Eligibility
To maintain the program's integrity and alignment with Radiant's values, the following guidelines are proposed:
- Employment Conflict: Individuals employed by businesses that could directly benefit from participation in the program are not eligible to become ambassadors.
- Activity Assessment: Ambassadors are expected to contribute actively to the program. Annual reviews will assess engagement levels, and inactive ambassadors may be subject to removal. Ambassadors that abuse the program will be removed immediately and potentially banned from the discord.
